Dr. Pushkar Raj is a Senior Consultant and Analyst with rich experience of more than 30 years in analysis of organizational business procedures, organization building, and organization restructuring in the Govt. Sector and managing the fall out of changes brought either as a management decision due to restructuring or due to adoption of improvements in business processes in Government. He has vast experience in managing Scientific Research and Development projects and software development projects. His past responsibilities included long term planning, policy making, process optimization, organizational restructuring and change management including coordination at higher level amongst various Ministries and Government Departments. He retired from DRDO as Director of Defence Technology Commission, under Ministry of Defence.
After obtaining his masters in Physics he completed his M.Tech in computer Science and Engineering from IIT Mumbai. Subsequently he obtained PhD from NIT Kurukshetra, where he studied Dielectric Relaxations in NCO-Terminated Liquid Crystalline Polyurethane ”
